Some sort of research company. I asked them how they got my number and they said the computer randomly dialed me. I told them to take me off the list, and hung up.
Said they wanted to conduct a survey - probably political. Tell them to remove your number if you do answer the phone. If you have VOIP consider getting OOMA Premium. You can create your own blacklist up to 256 numbers, and when you enter a number it is ADDED TO THE OOMA COMMUNITY BLACKLIST. It will then protect other OOMA owners from the perpetrator. I combine OOMA with TeleBouncer to eliminate nearly all unwanted calls, EVEN DURING POLITICAL CAMPAIGNS.
Interesting....the reports above are all from 2014. Maybe they are starting again due to the early election stuff going on now........No message of course.
