Who called from 6145914806

I got a called and called them back.  I had answered in the first place.  It's Mirand Response System.  That's all they would tell me and then hung up.

I get the phone call all hours at night durning the day the say I am heading out now meet me  and they don't answer  when I say hello  them my bank account had money taken out of it   I had to report that  and get my money back  all different $ 1.25 the .95 and there was about 15 of them

Who are these people or company. Is it spam?

They called and said they are investigating a small bussiness matter then tells me she has half my social what's the rat then hangs up and says we will see you in court
