American sounding female recording.  Same old interest rate scam.  Press 1, get the Indian guy in a noisy call center.  Number now blocked.

Spam call re: credit card rates. When I pressed 2 to ask for my number to be removed, he said no. I responded with "Ok". Then, he said, "Why did you say OK, I told you I'm not going to remove your name." I answered with, "It sounds like I don't really have a choice, do I?" They really don't care.

Caller ID said Columbus, OH.  They didn't leave a message, so they aren't a legitimate biz.  Blocked!
