The are scam artist looking to get your money! I called the number back that i missed. She knew who I was immediately. They looking ppl up with a past debt from years and years ago. They told me they was calling for Sprint but i have sprint now! Anybody can say they a debt collector and keep calling your phone, that don't mean give in and give em the money then you look into it and find your you owe whom money lol don't be a fool!
Just received a call from this number. They said their company name was something that started with a "C" that was collecting a debt of $122 for Regions Bank. I informed the lady that was "BS because I paid my debt of $510.76 over 3 years ago." All she said was that she was going to inform Regions. (I call BS again) this is a scamming company, somehow getting some sort of true info, most likely in the past of a debt, that you may have forgotten you paid or you think you didn't pay the whole thing that way they get your money. Do NOT pay them. She also asked.to verify the last 4 of my social or mailing address. Of course I chose mailing address. Also, I check my credit score often, and after I paid my debt 3 years ago, I saw that it was removed from my report.
They called me several times without leaving a message. When I answered the other end was just empty space. I called back and they said they were collecting for Sprimt. I haven't had Sprint in15 years! She asked for my SS# to verify my identity, when I refused she hung up, I smiled
