I didn't answer, was on the phone already and the CID looked like a scam call.  "The number or code you have dialed is incorrect, please check the number or dial again..."  That's what I got when I called back from my anonymous burner cell phone, just to see what it was, for this entry.  So it's a scam call, most likely.  I was right.
