I have gotten a call from this number on my cell the past two evenings in a row, both around 5:30-6:00pm. Let it go to voicemail both times but they never leave a message. Since I am originally from the 614 area and still have family there, I called back this morning around 11am out of morbid curiosity. A robotic voice thanked me for calling and to press "2" to be removed from their calling list. Otherwise I should call back during normal business hours. Then, silence.
1. Why would I call back if I don't even know who you are?
2. If I don't even know who you are, how am supposed to know when you are open for business?
3. Since the very first thing they suggested I do was press "2," I'm dubious that this would actually be of any benefit to me and suspect it would just open me up to a whole new flood of unwanted calls instead.
To summarize, I have blocked this caller on my phone.
Short version. Called to sell me extended warranty on my 2011 vehicle. Told them the warranty had elapsed. Too bad, so sad :>( and I had no need for any aftermarket warranty.
