I asked him to please speak English.  He called me a big dick!  Then hung up!

Out of area..I let it go to VM and they hung up without saying anything.. Might have been an  auto-robo type..programmed to hand up if they get a machine?

Yep, they are still at it.  I got two calls within 20 minutes.  I can't block them fast enough, these days.

phone rang a few times, I answered it since I was expecting an out of area call. No one there until a robo-call voice said 'good-bye' and hung up.

this number keeps calling, you can't return a call. when you try to call back the message is that the number is invalid, what ever that means.
