I posted above, the picture shows the home to be located on Walcreek Dr E, 43230. I am going to report them to the proper authorities, hopefully this stops them from cheating innocent people
I called about a lease to own property close to home and basically got the same story with no credit check, no downpayment, etc. Well I don't give credit card or bank card info over the phone or internet anyways (if I want to purchase anything online, I buy prepaid cards to use to do it from a store I go to pick it up from). I told them I would call back tomorrow (because I always do my research first). They are using "American Standard" now as their company name.
It appears to be a voip number. Its gahanna, but hooked up to a computer, so they could be anywhere in the world. I'm 99% sure it has nothing to do with that address.
