This is nothing more than a small time telemarketing scum bag.

Call it back and it answers AEP which is an electric utility which doesnt make since because I'm not in their territory

It is a landline that only calls out from AEP.  Not their normal service either.  If you recieve a call from them it is most likely a misdialed number.

This is the land line redirected for the AEP Recreation Land Department out of McConnellsville, Ohio...if you had questions on camping, fishing, or reserving a park for a group event, or if you had a ticket for an violation it may come from here

Recieve approx. 10 calls per day.  Sounds like a fax.  Please stop
