Yes, wants to speak to whomever is in charge of electric bill. I can't get rid of these people. I was told there were 70 different suppliers in Ohio alone and just when I think I've had a call from all of them, I get another one. This one place from Beech City, OH called 7 times in 2 days. I am sick of this and wish Duke was our only electric supplier. I did switch one time but after a year they told me my cost would be higher than Duke so I switched back but had to pay a reconnect fee. It was either $5.00 or $10.00, I don't remember now but I told myself I will never switch again. Duke also told me they would put me on a Do Not Call list but that hasn't worked. It's very annoying.
