Call landed in GV spam folder, no message left.

Called and I picked up because I was expecting a call locally.  No answer after I said hello.  I blocked it.

I did not answer. Caller said "Hello?" And then hung up. I called the number back and a recording stated " If you are on the Do Not Call List, and are wondering why you received our call, it is because charities are exempt." These constant stream of so-called "charity calls" are anoying, and all the more reason why I won't donate. charities that constantly and continuously spam me with their phine calls and stickers/cards/junk in the mail are the very charities that I WON'T support.
