SSI = Survey Sampling International. They conduct opinion polls and market research and as such are not required to screen against the Do Not Call list before calling. Calls are made by automatic dialers and only passed to a live agent if a live answer is detected. Not much point in leaving a message. Same crap, Hangups & recorded messages - claiming to be an official representative of Medicare when it reality it is telemarketers from India. Frankly the do not call list is a joke. The do not call list specifically states they take no action. Rather they make long lists of unwanted calls. What a waste of tax payer dollars.
Survey Company uses several different numbers all with Caller ID SSI, you can block the numbers on some services.
