We get approx 5 of these calls a day starting at 8:05 AM. I don't know who they are and will not answer the call. It is becoming extreme harassment and I want it to stop.

Your post has not gone unnoticed. Unfortunately, there is little evidence that visitors actually read previous answers, even though regular responders on 800notes continue to attempt to help. Hopefully you will return to read answers!
