Got a call from these people, They don't say who the phone call is for or  what it is in relation to. If they won't tell me who they want then I won't answer period.

I just got this number and they call and call. I have no clue what they want they won't leave a message that makes any sense or say anything else.

This is Checksmart, a scam company.

I get unsolicited robocalls about 5x per day from this and other related numbers to checksmart (I will continue to add more when I know of them):

Go ahead and block or report these numbers. Get your service provider to screen unidentified calls. Then assign all these numbers to a single contact and block that contact. The do-not-call directory will not help you because it does not cover debt collectors.
