I found a missed call on my cell phone, with no voice mail. I live in California, and have been for the past 5 years, but did live in Columbus for about 17 years before that. I was too young to ever have taken any money out from them and would never have the need to go to a check cashing place, I never had checks. Not sure if I should call back or ven answer if they call again.
You are wrong -- they are not allowed anytime, any day. You need to get your facts straight. Possibly check with a lawyer and learn the truth about what you are allowed to do. Try not to show as much ignorance as those who are guiding you seem to display.
