Caller did not press required digits to complete the call and ring the phones. Probable robodialer.
Thanks to those who identified the caller as a survey pest.
ID says Right Research. Automated survey about Huleskamp and Marshall congressional race. This is the same format that has been used on the past 3 I have gotten this week from different organizations. As with the other surveys there was emphasis on if I had seen the commerical with the 911 call about Marshall attempting to run over his neighbor. I
