So, I turned the volume off so I wouldn't hear any of these spam calls. I never answer a call if it is not in my database. Caller never leaves a message. I suspect it is a request for a technical magazine subscription.

Electronic Design is a respected, free magazine subscription, so why are they letting a scam group solicit for them, besides the damage they do with the personal data they collect? We actually blocked this number months ago, but the retards persist in robo-calling.
