Odd recording of a woman who states she didn't hear me pick up because her headset was off.  She starts to ramble about a resort I stayed at months ago that I never visited. I tried to interrupt her and she kept talking clueing me in that it was a recording. I hung up.

Called my cell phone and left no message.  So an unimportant caller -- likely a scammer since they don't observe the law.

I could have written the above scenario.  It is word for word (no kidding - even to the headset falling off).  I hung up on the non stop talking.
