You are so right about Medicare fraud complaints!   This is what I consider a major ripoff organization whoever they are.  There are other scams too calling my number asking for someone for whom owes someone money and said the person listed me as an alternate contact!!  It's some litigation firm.  Turns out I know the person who states their lawyer said to ignore them!
That's how I respond to the so called Mt.  Carmel.  Igot official looking billings from as far away as Danville, Va.  their collections dept who threatened me with litigation or collection agency!   It's their money if they insist.  I have responded to other collection agencies who gave up after I threatened them with Medicare fraud and,  oops,  mail fraud since fraudulent billing through the mail is mail fraud!   Plus I don't know if the origionater of the bill has already claim the loss on their income tax!   So much fun for the IRS huh??
