Been a barrage of calls from Westerville, OH and the Ohio AG has been warning people about scam IRS and more calls...have a feeling this may be part of that crap. Did not pick-up. Left no message. At the start of these calls from Westerville area last year I initially picked-up the phone and all it sounded was like someone chewing food on other end...ceased picking-up my phone on any unknown/familiar number from here on.
