Who called from 6152030396

Called my cell phone this morning (6/19/17).  Caller ID said Murfreesboro, TN.  Called number back and received the message, "If you do not wish to receive calls from this number and wish to be placed on the do not call list...."

Called but left no message... Likely automated spam

received ; retuned x3: never spoke to person; got  message "do you wan tto be placed on do not call list? I am on do not call list

hate these calls especially on cell #--did not recognize & did not answer...blocked #.
