called, I didn't pick up and they didn't leave voice mail

Called today again (they've called every day for at least 1-2 months)
I picked up finally and it was someone wanting to do a "health survey."
I told them to put me on their do not call list.

Been calling everyday, multiple times for about a month and a half, never
leaves a message.

continuely calls/ no msg/ getting very tired of the calls

Called twice since Saturday. They will not remove our name from their call list. Said they are the Tennessee Health Department wanting to do a survey.
