Got a call from this number. I called it back and a woman answered the phone. I asked her who am I speaking with? She them said, I don't know who do you want to speak to? I then told her, I'm not sure, this number just came up on my cell. The woman on the other end says, well I didn't make the call.

Moral of the story, I think she did make it in order to get information out of me. I blocked the number.
