Another loser scam artist from the middle east!  In a very thick Indian accent, he tells me his name is "Stephen" with the "loan department".  I never applied for a loan, I told him it was a scam, for which he argued with me.  Needless to say, I told him to go ride off into the sunset on his camel and stop trying to scam Americans.  We are not as dumb as they are!
