Caller says they were from SSI and had a short series of questions they wanted to ask regarding a bill in congress / senate. When I asked again who they were with, they stated SSI. They were told I didn't have time for a survey, yet they insisted it would only take a few minutes and they would make it as brief as possible. Since when does SSI (Social Security) call and do surveys??
