Extended Warranty Scam. Don't fall for it and don't press 1. If you fall for it you'll pay $3,152.00 over 18 months and never be able to claim anything at anytime. I'm not sure why no one can ever seem to stop these illegal [***] from bugging millions of people.
This number just called me today. I decided against better judgement and answered it. They wanted to sell me a warranty on a vehicle that was out of warranty. They said this is the last chance or the file would be closed. I said go ahead and close it because I don't want it. They wanted to argue with me so I hung up.
I get one of these calls at least 5 times a week - I don't answer them but call back. They all start out with ...if you wish to be put on our 'do not call list' press one. I always press one and they call back with a different number. How on earth did this get started???
I received a call from the above number - did not answer it because I did not recognize the but I knew who it was. I call back and get an automated message that says press one to be placed on the 'do not call' list. I always press one and they call back with a different number. They want to sell me a warranty for my car.
Rcv'd call today---did not answer. I called back---it is for warranty. Simply press 1 to be placed on the "DO NOT CALL" list. Thanks for the previous feedback.
