Hi, I just had a call from 616-281-5999. It is JCPENNY Catalog service. I placed an order and she can to confirm with me that the promotion code I used for free shipping did not apply to the items I ordered.
It was not an unwanted call for me but a helpful service call.
9-21-08 6:42 p.m. - no message left. Showed Unavailable on caller ID. If I had known it was JCP I would have answered. I had placed an order that had been put on hold. Later when I called about the order, the rep said someone had called and I had been mailed a card. Had not received either. Guess that "unavailable" # was the call!
If I had known it was JCP calling about two orders I just placed, I would have picked up. JCP should consider not having the number show up on Caller ID as UNAVAILABLE.
