They are calling a residence that I have not lived at for over 6 years claiming they are filing suit against me. If it was anything legitimate, they would have my correct contact information.
I am so glad I looked this number up online and found all these posts. I got a phone call from these people today. It was an automated voice that had my name. It said to touch option number 0 to reach an agent which I did. When the guy came online he told me my phone number and asked if the last four of my social security number was right which it was. This was disturbing to say the least. They told me that I had a law suit pending against me and that they we're going to find me and serve me. He said the name of a pay day loan company I have never heard before from 2010. Then he asked me if I had a bank account with Bank Of America. I replied no. I told him that they must have me confused with someone else because well, I've been on chexsystem since 2010 and even if I had wanted to take out a pay day loan it would be impossible! Then this guy said that I could be an identity theft victim. HE said he would sent the info back to the debtor. Right then I knew this was a bunch of bs. Most collection companies wouldn't just let the matter go. Also legitemit collection companies would give you a reference number and would want you to provide proof that you do not owe the debt. Scammers for sure. Thank God I have a credit freeze on my credit files.
I received 10 calls within a hour on my cell phone also they left a 1minute 41 second voicemail saying I have 2 things against me .. The same stuff they said to everyone i got the number blocked

Received numerous calls from this number with no message. Finally left a voicemail stating that there are suits filed against me & I need to return their call to avoid being arrested at my home or business. I actually answered the phone & nobody answered me. Just hung up.
