I am getting 2-3 calls a day from this number, happening for the last couple of weeks. They never leave a message, and I haven't picked up. Regardless, the answer is: I ain't buying...

Never allow them to do that.  Two guys come out to your house and try to sell you a security system. Have to get the police get them to leave.
