Who called from 6165028489

Numerous unwanted calls from 616-502-8489.  Probably a scam artist. Always starts out by saying he is calling about my computer. I hang up.

Just got a call from them at 6:30 am this morning!  Could hardly understand them and very noise in the background; I even have a non-solicitor call feature but they ignored it!  Talked some jibberish about computer being in danger; I almost told them to come kidnap it!

Called from "WIRELESS CALLER" (616-502-8489). The person who called (Indian accent) advised that she was calling because their "server team" had information that my computer was infected with a virus. I asked them to provide information on the company, and she said she was calling with VAP eSecure Technical Department. Their call back number is 888-577-4003. According to their website, their contact information is:

These calls are SCAMS to get access to your computer AND to get you to pay them money to fix a problem that doesn't exist.

I received a call he was from possibly India, saying he was from Rapid Secure and wanted to talk about an unwanted windows program on my computer. He wanted me to push control windows logo and R and he would tell me what program was not supposed to be there. I ended up saying I was not interested and hung up. He was very persistent though that I work through this process.

Called today and hung up when the machine answered.
