They call repeatedly from several different numbers, and leave a message saying that it is some "urgent matter" for "Samantha Morlin", who is not me, who I have never heard of, and that if she doesn't call them back immediately there is going to be some sort of drastic measure taken. They are very vague and do not say exactly what. I have answered the phone and called them back repeatedly and told them that they have the wrong number and the wrong person, and to stop calling.

Obviously if this were a truly time-sensitive matter, whatever vague legal/collection action that they are threatening to this person probably would have happened by now, as they have been calling for at least a year.

Also when I have spoken to them, they are extremely curt and dismissive, almost defensive, and very rude overall. Definitely not professional (well, professional scammers maybe?). When I call back the # they leave in the message (different from the # they call from), they answer as something-"solutions", I forget what the first word is.

My # is on the do not call list, and as of today I have filed a complaint with the do not call registry.
