Called my cell and when answered said nothing and hung up

Called my cell phone and when I answered they hung up.

This number called my cell phone and soon after I answered hung up. No words.

Said I won a free trip to Bahamas, hung up on them.

Called my cell.  I didn't get it in time.  I called back and there was no response after they picked up.  After 15 seconds they hung up.
