Well I know exactly this is a scammer because when you call the number back (after you block them calling you) the number DOES NOT EXIST!!!  However you CAN text them and it goes through!! Ergo it is a cellphone that blocks calls but not texts and has a fake number!!! PUT THESE SCHMUCKS IN JAIL!!!
