This is a business financial funding scam.  Calling from a local number to us.  There is no business funding business in our area..... SCAMMER ALERT!!!!  Some poor soul has had their phone number hi jacked :-(  Asks for owner by name, I ask if I can help, none english speaking person says just needs owner.  Said he'd call back later..... I asked what company he was with, he said business funding.  I told him to remove us from his list, we are not and never will be interested..... he hung up on me. :-D  Scammer!
