This number has tried to call me a few times since 7/19, does not leave message.  I do not answer numbers I do not recognize.

Keeps calling I don't answer since I don't recognize the number.  Anyone know who this is.

I called it and they are LCN. They were trying to sell auto insurance

After I answer no one says anything,

When the number called there was kid music and children crying in the background. When I asked who it was she said Loanne and hung up.
