Who called from 6169802159

I receive this call several times a day!  I have the number blocked now but the call comes up from "Times Union".  After having asked REPEATEDLY to be put on their "do not call list" (and being on the DNC registry) I decided to file a complaint with the FTC -- DNC has a "file a complaint" section.  They are relentless and try to use the "coupons" now as a selling point.

I'll never subscribe again -- that's for sure!

Multiple hang up messages from 6169802159.  I'm pretty sure I told them not to call.
