"This is your final chance to lower your credit card interest rates." Scam. They don't know what cards you have. They don't know what bank you use. They don't even know if you have credit cards. They are looking to scam people stupid enough to give their credit card info out over the phone. Then you get ripped off. Also use the name Credit Card Services. Same scam.
