The "American Chimney" chimney cleaning con artists are known to frequently use numbers with a 617 area code and 0000 as the last four digits. That's only a guess, of course. You'll have to pick up and see if they try to sell you chimney cleaning services to find out for sure ;-)
I got the same annoying call. Of course they hang up on you as soon as you start to say "please take my name off your list.." What is wrong with these people?
