Who called from 6171231234

I receive between two and four calls from this number daily! I have tried everything to stop it but no luck....the caller generally leaves no message but occasionally says "hello" and once he actually repeated my wife's name. I wish I knew who these low-lifes were and a way to report them to the proper authorities. I have call blocking and I have utilized *77 to no avail. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

We receive 2-3 calls from this number daily.  After you say hello, the robot says "Good-Bye".

hangs up - first time they called

I am tired of getting phone calls from this number, several times a day.  I redialed the phone number and after a pause, it rang and the answering machine said it was a photography studio.  Not sure why they keep calling me.
