received a call asking to speak to my husband, when i told the women with the HEAVY accent that i could not understand her she told me to speak up. I yelled into the phone "that wont work cuz you dont speak english" and hung up. This is just many in a line of calls we have received lately
These people keeping calling asking for someone who does not leave here. I returned call told to stop calling and remove my number. Told them if they didn't stop calling I would see them in court. Person on the other end told me not to threaten him. I stated it was not a threat but reality. I can sue them for harrasement under the National Telephone Consumer's Act. They can be fined for up to $500.00 per call. I keep my phone messages and so far if I was to take them to court it be about $2000.00.
I have also been getting calls from this number stating that i took out a $300 payday loan and they are suing me for $5000 because i would not pay it back. I have never took out a payday loan couldnt because i have no checkings account they said they were going to have law enforcement to arrest me at my home or my work place because of it. for one they cant arrest you for that its non sense
