This man keeps calling saying he is Alex Rodriguez however has a foreign accent. He calls my house continuously over and over! When I ask what company he is calling from he will not give me a direct answer. I have asked him not to call back and he hangs up and calls right back. I tried to explain I could not understand him and he called me a f'***ing rude b****. He hung up again and called me right back. He is harassing me and my children. I have visitors and it is extremely embarrassing to have my phone ring off the hook. One of my daughters answered the phone and he claimed to be my friend. She could not understand him and handed the phone to my son. He told my son that he was a friend of mine. Again my son was having a hard time understanding him so he handed the phone to my older daughter who is visiting from out of state. She asked who he was and what company he was calling from. All he said is that it was a serious matter and she needs to call me and for me to call him immediately. This guy is very rude and unprofessional. He is now threatening to call my work as many times as it takes, every minute if necessary. I do not know what this man wants and why he keeps calling me. This guy is harassing and threatening me.
I asked "Alex Rodriguez" for an address I could mail "HIS" money too..he said he could not provide that information. I said well if you are calling and representing the State of Massachusetts "Fraud Division" as you claim then you would have a PHYSICAL address to provide me. He got nasty and said all he needed was my bank account number .. I told the idiot he was freaking insane..and if he could provide me with an address I would mail him a money order :) ... got angry call me a "bit*** hung up on me then called me right back. I again asked for an address to provide to the Massachusetts Fraud Division, the Police Dept & The FBI..the told me to "F" off and he would get me and that he would continue to call my home and my work..told him kind of stupid to get me fired..then how would I be able to pay him his money. I laughed and said you obviously have not thought this out entirely..it works like this "No job=No Money for me & No Money for you!"..Then I called him a "F'n rude [***]..and told him you definately don't know who you are dealing with!! Game NOT over Alex Rodriguez...DFF (Dept of Financial Fraud)...cause see [***] my family are nothing but Cop's..DEA agents, Correctional Officers and the list goes on...C U soon Alex :)
This same outfit called again today and jammed up our phones for another 20 mins for a total of 161 calls. And on top of this, the poor guy who this jack @zz is trying to reach is jamming his cell phone with the number of our office, but when ever he answers, there's no one there.
This guy called me and everybody I know asking if I am him and ask people if they know me.
He says he is with the Fraud Department and I am going to jail.
I said I am not a scammer or a victim and I tell him they have the wrong # and he says " we will track him down ".
He asks other people that I know if they know me and he asks them for my social security number.
Now, how do they have my landline phone # when my # is unlisted ?
How do they have my friends landline phone #'s and cell phone #'s ?
Cell phone #'s all say wireless caller on the caller ID.
How can they trace caller ID #'s of people that I talk to ?
Now what legitimate debt collector or so called " Fraud Department " threatens people on the phone saying they are going to jail ?
If you call the police department in your town, they will tell you there is no warrant out for your arrest, so how can you be going to jail ?
