Got a call to my cell from this number today- no voice mail left.
Glad I'm not the only one.
Saw this article recently about scammers who try and get you to call back, and run up charges after one ring, but Snopes takes some of the fear out of that with this article.

Just got a call on my cell and picked it up. It's a voice recording of a scammy company selling home security. They start with the phrase "The FBI reports that every X days there is a home break in." or something like that. Scum. Any way to block these idiots?
