I have confirmed they are scamming people out of money by getting you to send them money to set up a timeshare sale. The timeshare sale never happens and you lose $thousands.

Got a call from Clay Alexander of sun Property. I'm a skeptical person by nature so before I did ANYTHING I hit the web w/ the number he called from. He didn't even know my husbands name, ORRRR the freakin property HIS seller wanted to buy!! Always be skeptical folks!!!
