started calling my cellphone and haven't stopped. Do not leave any  messages either.

Same as above. Called an office phone, after hours, left no message.

This number is assigned to the Boston Emergency Locksmith.

Found it to be a locksmith don't need a locksmith and certainly wouldn't call one that is in an entirly different state, never mind a diffrent area code.
