Called and left a VM on my mobile phone asking to push 1 to talk to someone about "lowering my rates". Called back from a work phone and got 8 minutes of hold music with periodic interruptions telling me my call was important. Eventually the system said "goodbye" and disconnected. Nobody ever picked up and no company name was ever provided.
I answered the call and right away they start asking question about my car insurance. When I asked they said they will shop around car insurance quotes for me. When I asked about their company name they said "Ok, then you have a good day" and hung up.
