I have a new telephone # that I have had for two months now. About a month ago, this Capital One number has been calling for the previous person that had this number. Its automated and says if this is Tammy ***** please press 1.. if not please press 2.. I have pressed 2 and it transfers me to voicemail. I have left numerous messages that they have the wrong number but they continue to call so I started pressing 1 to wait for someone to get on the phone so that I could tell them. It says its transferring my call and I sit on hold with music for about 5 minutes and then it hangs up. Its driving me crazy, when I call the number back, I need an account number or it hangs up..
