Caller calls all times of the day and night.  Low key voice saying that he's doing survey calling people all around the country, and would like to ask me some questions. ("I'm busy")  Ask me if there's better time to call (no!) Byt the way the area code is local to mine.  Don't get it, don't want to...just don't want the call.
