I received a phone call from this number at 4:24 pm PT daylight savings time whatever... it said "Caller" and had a recording on there about lowering mortgage rates or something. I pressed #1 because I wanted to tell whoever it was that I was on the "donotcall list" and I did. I dont even know how the guy answered but I did tell him that. Then he said, "this is an outrage". So I said something like, "This is an out rage, we are watching Youtube!" Then I hung up. The guy sounded like a cool kinda teenager guy and it sounded like he was laughing to himself in the silence that I heard. Anyways...I proceeded to call back the number several times. Sometimes I got this recording saying something about the number not in service or something I dunno.. call the operator for help and whatnot.. othertimes... I got a recording telling me to leave a message... I left a few rather random crazy messages. I received a call at 10:00 a.m. ET from this number. My caller ID said it was Tele Europe (2). I answered it as if I were a recording, telling them that they have reached a number on the Do Not Call Registry, please do not disturb us again, and if they do, we will be forced to contact the Federal Trade Commission. They just held the line until I hung up.
