I got a call and stayed on the line to request this company quit calling. We are a hospital and they are interupting patient care, keeping lines busy that may be needed for emergency calls etc. When I started telling them this they hung up on me before I could as them to quit.
asking people to call the number back is asinine. it defeats the purpose of using this website and why is the hassle of a (toll) call placed on the end user. the CALLER should IDENTIFY themselves AND LEAVE A MESSAGE. if they dont do ALL of the above I WONT DEAL WITH THEM they must have something to hide if they cant be upfront and on the up and up.
My firm REQUIRES we ID ourselves with both caller ID and with first words out of our mouth and we LEAVE messages.
