Received a call, couldn't pick up at the time. They left no message. After reading this, I called back and the line was busy.

Received a call from this number, caller ID said it was "Take Charge". Answered phone, said hello 3 times, no response!!

Claimed they are Take Charge, a contractor for the Social Security Administration ticket to work program. If you receive $700 a moth from employment or expect to get that and drawing some sort or SSA benefit that they have info on how you can collect work support payments while maintaining your benefits. Reply phone listed (866)701-1700. It might be one of those services you see advertised on TV like Tax Masters or the guy with the cowboy hat.

Got call from 617 259 1592 did not say anything, hung up and called back, got busy signal. Sounds like some sort of scam or collection agency.
